For over 15 years, Mike Pope led at the forefront of the nonprofit and public interest sectors in New York. Most recently, as the Executive Director of Youth Represent, Mike guided the organization through critical inflection points—doubling its service reach, expanding revenue by over 70%, and leading a successful founder-to-successor transition. This tenure provided a rare, dual-perspective: the ability to lead complex litigation in the courtroom and the executive experience to build durable institutions outside of it.

A Boutique Approach to Justice After fifteen years in executive leadership, Mike returned to his roots in direct advocacy with a broader vision.
